I wonder if someone could tell me how to toilet train a Chihuahua puppy. He is 4 months and a little pee and shit everywhere! Can anyone help? Diapers for dogs are a good idea?

Levels didint really work for my dog dog. a good way to potty train a puppy is the regular length of stay on the ground and the smell of urine, keep it.
