How can a pre-teen lose weight healthily, but in a short amount of time? - pre teen

Please tell me the secret from Geting fit and young and fit? A healthy diet, Exersizing? HELP!

Well, (the front of young age, metabolism is ridiculously high and fast to keep in a state of obesity and by that I mean the baby fat, which will remain, no matter what the youths later) almost impossible without eating wayyyy too.

That's what I propose. Eat a diet rich in fiber is very high, stay away from processed sugar, no sweets, no pop, not that shit) (and be sure to eat only until they are no longer hungry.

If this fails, eat only lean meat and avoid fatty and fried foods. Try to avoid complex carbohydrates to slim (bread, apples, etc.) and carbohydrates (white bread, crisps, general type of shit for things).

If you do, you start to see changes within a few weeks, guaranteed. If you really want to give your metabolism a little practice will not hurt.

Note: If this is a father with that question, you are responsible and must lead by example!
